Booking

A reservation is considered confirmed once a required deposit or full payment has been received. Payment must be made on or before the agreed date to secure your booking.

Accepted payment methods include Cash, GCash, or Bank Transfer. Guests must send a valid proof of payment to our official contact for verification.

• Tours: Cancellations made 3 days or more before the scheduled date are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Expeditions: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the departure date are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Any cancellation made within the stated period before departure is non-refundable.
• In case of force majeure (such as bad weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions), bookings may be rescheduled or refunded at the company’s discretion.

Rebooking is allowed once and must be requested before the scheduled date — at least 2 days prior for Tours and 5 days prior for Expeditions. Approval depends on availability.

Guests are expected to provide accurate personal details, follow the instructions of guides and crew, and maintain respect for the environment, local communities, and fellow travelers. The company shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from negligence or failure to comply with safety rules.

Guests with medical conditions or allergies must disclose them prior to departure. Arlyn Expeditions Travel & Tours reserves the right to deny participation if a guest’s condition may compromise safety during the trip.

Management reserves the right to alter or adjust the itinerary, destinations, or schedule due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen events. Any such changes will be communicated promptly.

By joining any Tour or Expedition, guests acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at their own risk. Arlyn Expeditions Travel & Tours, including its employees and affiliates, shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay that may occur during the activity.

Guests are encouraged to minimize waste, avoid single-use plastics, and respect marine life and local communities. Arlyn Expeditions promotes sustainable tourism and aims to preserve the natural beauty of Palawan.
